We are BareBones Bartending. We’re new. You might notice we do things a little different here. That’s a good thing. Using the combined knowledge of dozens of working Industry Professionals we’ve put together the fastest, most up to date bartending program available anywhere in the world. Our Cocktail Workshops are a fun, hands on group activity available in the Greater Toronto, Hamilton, and Ottawa Area, with locations in Edmonton, Calgary, and Vancouver coming in 2019. Welcome!
Other Bartending Schools charge between $400 to $700. SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS? They justify the trumped up price with long hours, cheap bar tools, and “Self-Certifications.” We don’t play that way. BareBones Bartending is priced for those looking to get a modern bartending education, fast, so they can start working right away. It’s for everyone, and it always will be.
BareBones Bartending gives you instant access to our comprehensive Online Program as soon as you sign up, meaning there’s no waiting around to book class dates. It’s online, on the go, wherever you happen to be. If you’d like some practice behind a real bar, we offer Cocktail Workshops where you can gain experience working with Professional Bartenders who will help with everything from industry insight, personalized tips, and how to nail your interview.

What we teach is as important as what we don’t. Anyone can learn how to use a cash drawer. Blended Cocktails haven’t been popular since 1995, and if you’re looking to learn Flair Bartending, Please leave.
Put simply, we won’t waste your time with things that every restaurant, hotel and bar has different policies for. This allows us to keep our classes short, the lessons fun, and the skills relevant.
Not Interested in becoming a bartender? but enjoy drinking? Our Cocktail Workshops are a great way to impress your friends and learn a bit along the way. Each month we offer a new workshop. Learn to make your own bitters for a proper Old Fashioned, how to make your own beer, or challenge yourself to create a unique cocktail on the spot. Click below to see the list of upcoming events.
Need a Bartender? Bachelor or Bachelorette Party, Weddings, Work Event? We’ll create a custom party for your group and invite you to our beautiful workshop (or we’ll come to your event space).
