Our public classes are small with typically only 16 seats available per event, and therefore we are unable to provide refunds after you’ve purchased tickets. If you are unable to attend an event for any reason, please reach out via email, in most cases, we can offer you the ability to move to a future date.
Final Guest Counts for private events must be submitted via email at least 48 hours prior to the event.
Private Event deposits are non-refundable.
Gift Certificates are not refundable, but never expire & are transferable!
the speed of the class is dictated by our students. Don’t be afraid to ask questions. We leave extra time at the end of each day for review & requests.
