I get lots of questions about the techniques and styles used in mixology 3.0 cocktails and thought it would make for an awesome special event. This is a bit of a departure from our regular programming, you’ll learn about more advanced topics like fat washing, dry ice infusions, milk punches, and clarifying cocktails!

Learn to make and enjoy 3 full sized cocktails AND each guest receives their own gift bag with a take home cocktail, some chocolate snacks, and a chance to win an awesome prize during our live trivia. Classes are always kept small, so sign up before spots run out.
